I found Andes through the Google reviews. Elbers and his team were fantastic. They helped get an electrician out to upgrade my old electrical panel and were so thorough in the installation process. Highly recommend. So thankful for a working AC as we head into the summer!

If you ever need Heating or AC services, you need to contact Andes Heating & Air Conditioning. First of all, they are very friendly, very knowledgeable and are always willing to answer any questions that you may have. Most importantly, they do a great job. My AC was not working and when they came to see what’s going on, very quickly they were able to find the issue. They came back the next day to work on our unit and our AC was fixed, it was cooling again! Thank you so much! I will highly recommend and will keep them as our AC techs forward.

When our heater stopped working, we went online to find someone to come out and service it. We found Andes Heating & Air. They had good reviews, so we gave them a call. They sent out Donovan and even texted a picture of him so we would know who to expect, which I really appreciated. He got up in our attic to check the heater and took pictures of it to show us, since we can't get in there ourselves (the attic is a pretty tight space to crawl into). He answered our questions and told us we needed a new thermostat. We chose a thermostat from the ones he had brought and he installed it. He made sure it was working before he left and showed us how to use it. It was a good experience and my husband and I will be calling Andes again for future for future maintenance.

Tech was punctual, polite and informative. Unlike the previous company who I won't mention, they came just to tell me that many parts needed to be replaced and that he will need to provide me with an estimate of each part and labor. The estimate was emailed to me and I was looking at about a $2,000 repair bill. Matter of fact, the previous tech didn't even replace a defective wire . He was more focused on being a salesman, whose goal was to make more money for his company. It is very difficult to find trustworthy techs. Now adays, techs are probably paid additional commission based on how much they can get the customer to pay, so that they can increase the company's bottom line. Unfortunately at the cost of the customer who isn't aware that they are being taken advantage of. I have added Andes and heating & air conditioning to my contact list and will definitely be using them on any future service calls on my AC unit. Thank you 🙏

I spent s couple days struggling with getting my mini split system running and decided to rest my hopes with Andes Heating and Air. They came out and ran a diagnoses on my system and were super upfront with everything they did. They walked my step by step through potential issues and got me up and running within an hour. They serviced my main HVAC system as well and I feel confident reaching out to them again with any HVAC needs.

Excellent service!!! in fact Robert made the installation process very organized. It was always stressful every time someone else came to fix something in the air because they never arrived on time, and they always added something extra for the work. On the other hand, this company was very professional and I’m very happy with the results and zero stress. highly recommended!!

From the moment we made the call, their responsiveness was impressive. The team arrived promptly, and . It was clear they valued customer relationships, and their approach put us at ease. The Technician from Andes Heating & Air, took the time to explain us about was wrong with our almost new heat pump system and he gave us some tips to keep our system working efficiently. Thanks to Elbers and Andes team with can spend our holidays without worry.

I work in property management and Andes AC has come through for me on multiple jobs. I have been working with Elbers Jr. and his father for over 8 years. Anything from diagnosing existing issues and full equipment replacements. After comparing multiple quotes, I have found that Andes bid was the most competitive and their service and response time is second to none. I just had an evaporator go out on a 1.5 year old unit and they showed, diagnosed and honored the warranty. I am happy to support this amazing family business.
7/12/2024 - updated review for Andes Air. A restaurant tenants AC stopped working and the local tech (San Bernardino) could not fix it. The local tech said he couldn’t obtain a new unit for sometime to replace. I couldn’t have my tenants business suffering in the summer heat. I called Elbers on a Friday at 2pm and told him what’s going on. He quickly gave me a price. I said can you install tmrw? He showed up Saturday morning at 8am (as promised even though the Job is well over 1hr away from his service area) and installed a brand new 4-TON unit!
